When did you join the Air Force? December 2009

Why did you join the Air Force? I loved the idea of traveling and working on new things every few years. I grew up in a military family so I've always been very patriotic and wanted to serve.

What do you like most about your job? My favorite part of my job is the mix of people I work with and all the different programs I've worked on.

What is your favorite thing to do around the area? My favorite thing to do in the area is travel. Between the beach, mountains, and cities there is a lot to see and do, so I want to make sure I take advantage of the time I have here.

Warrior Highlights: Sarah has planned, executed, and reported on two operational tests in the last six months. She accomplished both the C-130J Data Transfer and Diagnostics System test at Channel Islands and the C-130J Station Keeping Equipment  testing at Little Rock in January and February. As an AFOTEC engineer she has flown low-level C-130J formation flights and worked hand-in-hand with flight line maintenance troops ensuring warfighters get both effective and suitable systems.
