Brewer, 412th Test Wing commander, presents Jimmie Templeton with his 40 Years of Government Service Certificate during the test wing's third quarter award ceremony Nov. 9 as Chief Master Sgt. Shawn Hughes, 412th Operations Group looks on. Templeton is the Base Software License Manager with the 412th Communications Squadron. He started working at Edwards AFB in November of 1975 after serving four years in the Air Force. Along with the certificate, he was presented with the 40 Year Service Pin.
