412th MXS lands new boss Published June 11, 2013 By 412th Test Wing Public Affairs EDWARDS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Col. Robert Weaver, 412th Maintenance Group commander, hands the 412th Maintenance Squadron guidon to Margaret Fleming in a change of leadership ceremony held in Hangar 1600 June 7. Fleming takes over for Tye Lockard who moved on to a new position in Arizona. Fleming comes to the 412th MXS from the U.S. Test Pilot where she served briefly as the deputy division chief for Plans and Programs. Previously, she worked as a project manager at the 416th Flight Test Squadron. The 412th MXS is responsible for maintenance on the entire variety of planes assigned to Edwards AFB.
