Congratulations Senior Airman Junior Chala, the 412th Test Wing’s Warrior of the Week. Chala is assigned to the 412th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron as an F-16 Electrical and Environmental journeyman. Chala was the lead troubleshooting technician on a Code 3 Pilot Reported Discrepancy. His maintenance expertise enabled the identification and replacement of a faulty relay. Additionally, Chala trained two newly assigned Airmen during the repair, increasing their skill with the F-16 Fault Isolation and Wiring Diagram Technical Orders. The expeditious repair enabled the aircraft to be available for a Spanish Air Force's Test Pilot School student a crucial high angle of attack mission, a key component to the TPS syllabus.
