Congratulations to Senior Airman Annarose Schoonmaker, the 412th Test Wing’s Warrior of the Week. Schoonmaker is assigned to the 412th Security Forces Squadron as a unit trainer. Airman Schoonmaker conducted 30 hours of phase one unit orientation training for three newly assigned members and two iterations of annual certification instruction for 75 unit members. She developed, managed and publicized a unit movement to bring awareness to breast cancer by fabricating 100 moral shirts, in turn grossing $500 to support a myriad of future squadron endevours. While acting as the vice president of the Defenders Alliance, she led a planning committee for the upcoming Christmas party, as well as the initiative to develop a more defined unit culture by selecting new heraldry and chants. Finally, Airman Schoonmaker aided in the certification of three wing security forces augmentees on 34 critical tasks with over 24 hours of instruction.
