Christopher Quiba Unit: 31st Test and Evaluation Squadron Job Title: Remotely Piloted Aircraft Maintenance Analysis & Base Green Dot Implementer Career Goal: To learn more! Congratulations Tech. Sgt. Christopher Quiba, the 412th Test Wing’s Warrior of the Week. Quiba is assigned to the 31st TES and at the same time actively serving as Green Dot trainer for the Base Green Dot classes. As RPA Maintenance Analysis, Quiba flawlessly conducted analysis duties simultaneously over three types of aircraft; the MQ-9, RQ-4 and E-3 Dragon. He created the first complete RPA-Analysis guidelines and recommended as a training template for Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center not only for the base but for all RPA test squadrons all over the Air Force. This year alone, Quiba captured 15,468 flight hours and 5,568 maintenance man hours for multiple RPA platforms. As a Base Green Dot Implementer, Quiba was instrumental in aiding the 412th Test Wing Green Dot training goal, currently at 99 percent with two months left to go for CY 2017. He facilitated 60 Green Dot classes in just five months that totaled more than 700 Edwards members completely trained Thank you Tech. Sgt. Quiba for being instrumental in the 412th Test Wing mission.
