Cozzie Unit: 412th Maintenance Squadron Job Title: Aerospace Ground Equipment Journeyman Career Goal: Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force Congratulations Staff Sgt. Brian Cozzie, the 412th Test Wing’s Warrior of the Week. Cozzie is assigned to the 412th Maintenance Squadron, as an Aerospace Ground Equipment Journeyman, where he exemplifies the floor lead role in the Inspection section for the AGE Flight. Lately, Cozzie successfully troubleshot faulty wiring and circuit cards on a power generator utilized by the F-35 program. He also repaired a complex cooling system on a large air conditioner unit used by the Global Hawk Unmanned Aerial Vehicles. His contributions to the AGE flight directly impacted the Test Wing’s ability to carry out vital test missions in support of the warfighter. Additionally, as a Green Dot implementer, Cozzie instructed over 80 wing personnel on sexual assault prevention techniques. He will be receiving his CCAF degree in Aerospace Ground Equipment Technology this May. Thank you Staff Sgt. Cozzie for being instrumental in the 412th Test Wing mission. Great job Test Warrior!
