UK Navy chief recognized at Team Edwards promotion ceremony

Royal Air Force Wing Commander Glenn Littlejohns (left), shakes hands with Royal Navy Chief Petty Officer Yuk Ming Ho at the enlisted promotion ceremony held Feb. 29 in the Base Theater. Chief Ho was awarded the Royal Navy Long Service and Good Conduct Medal, which is in recognition of his 15 years of exemplary service. The medal is only awarded to those United Kingdom sailors who have demonstrated the highest standards of conduct and who hold all three good conduct badges. The chief petty officer is assigned to the UK Test and Evaluation Squadron, which works with Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center Detachment 1 here at Edwards. Chief Ho was one of the first UK maintainers for the Joint Strike Fighter program. Last year, Ho was drafted to Edwards AFB as an Engineering Trials Management Officer for Operational Testing of the F-35. Littlejohns is the UK Operational and Test Director here at Edwards
