Why did you join the Air Force? I come from a military family and was raised to appreciate the benefits of serving in the armed forces. My father retired after 21 years of service and I learned great values from him. When it was time to make a decision on my future, I decided that the Air Force had the best opportunities for me.

What do you like most about your job? I enjoy interacting with the on and off base communities and the opportunity to interact with wing leadership.

What is your favorite thing to do around the area? I regularly visit the Los Angeles area to partake in fine dining and to sightsee.

Warrior Highlights: "Staff Sgt. Earby is a hard charging NCO. He has effectively managed all Distinguished Visitor visits to Edwards AFB. His keen attention to detail has ensured the success of all visits and has received kudos from all levels of base leadership. Furthermore, he has processed over 100 Entry Authority Lists for 1900 visiting personnel for 17 base agencies. His tireless efforts in executing allowed entry of personnel to fulfill all contract requirements for Edwards. Additionally, his flexibility ensured that any last-minute changes to EAL's were met in a timely and efficient manner."
