412th Medical Group introduces S.I.C.K. program Published Jan. 30, 2017 412th Medical Group EDWARDS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- The 412th Medical Group is introducing a new program called S.I.C.K. - Self Initiated Care Kit. Active duty (excluding flyers or Personnel Reliability Program) and their dependants - two years and older - now have access to over-the-counter medications without an appointment for cold and flu symptoms. Starting today, all eligible patients can come to the pharmacy during business hours and request up to three over-the-counter medications per month, per patient.
