WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio – Brig. Gen. Alice W. Trevino officially took command of the Air Force Installation Contracting Agency here in a change of command ceremony at the Wright-Patterson Club May 23.Trevino replaces Brig. Gen. Cameron Holt, who is leaving to become Deputy Assistant
