Allen becomes AFIMSC’s fourth commander

Maj. Gen. John Allen, who previously commanded the Air Force Civil Engineer Center, a subordinate unit of AFIMSC, replaced Maj. Gen. Tom Wilcox, who is retiring after 31 years of service.
