AFMC Club Survey offers chance to win $100 Published April 25, 2011 Air Force Materiel Command Services Marketing WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio -- Air Force Materiel Command Services invites everyone in the command to participate in the first comprehensive AFMC Club Survey, available online May 1 through May 31, 2011. Survey participants from each AFMC base will be eligible to win $100 in Force Support Squadron bucks just for completing the survey. The winnings can be used at any Force Support Squadron/Services business activity such as clubs, bowling centers, golf, outdoor recreation and ITT. This survey allows club members and non-members to provide comments and thoughts on Air Force Clubs, food quality, service, programming and more. The five-minute survey will be online and can be accessed starting May 1 at www.afmcservices.org/club survey. Juan Vega, AFMC services business operations specialist, said, "This survey is an excellent way for us to garner feedback on the clubs and use the data to make positive changes command-wide. We're looking forward to analyzing results and presenting some new and positive changes later in the year at AFMC clubs."
