    Nearly 200 runners of all ages enjoyed cool temperatures and sunny skies for the 3rd Annual Reindeer 5K Race and Fun Run Dec. 7.     Edwards Air Force Base motorists will benefit from improvements coming soon on Rosamond and Mercury Boulevards beginning Oct. 28. Two significant projects will be executed to repair heavily damaged sections of these much-used vehicular arteries.
