2-174 ADA Avengers train alongside battlefield Angels

U.S. Soldiers assigned to Bravo Battery, Death Dealers, 2nd Battalion, 174th Air Defense Artillery Regiment (2-174 ADA), 3rd Squadron, 6th Cavalry Regiment, Combat Aviation Brigade, 1st Armored Division (1AD CAB) and 1st Forward Support Medical Platoon, Charlie Company, 2nd Battalion, 501st General Support Aviation Battalion, 2nd Battalion, 501st Aviation Regiment (2-501 AR) all operationally controlled by 1st Infantry Division (1 ID) utilize AN/TWQ-1 Avenger air defense systems to conduct platoon tracking operations, tactical combat casualty care procedures and utilize HH-60 Black Hawk medevac hoist operations during Operation Close Encounters field training exercise at Camp Adazi, Latvia, Nov. 9, 2022. The 2-174 ADA, 1AD CAB and 2-501 AR are among other units assigned to the 1 ID, proudly working alongside NATO allies and regional security partners to provide combat-credible forces to V Corps, America's forward deployed corps in Europe. For Digital Vaccine Record Request:

If you got your COVID-19 vaccine through the state, public health department or pharmacy, you may be able to request a Digital Vaccine record through the California Immunizations Registry (CAIR) by visiting https://myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov/

If you got your COVID-19 vaccine through the 412th MDG/Edwards AFB, you may request your record be sent to CAIR in order to obtain a Digital Vaccine Record, using the following steps:

1. Log into MHS Genesis Patient Portal (use DS Login or CAC card): https://patientportal.mhsgenesis.health.mil/

2. Send a message to “USAF EDWARDS PHARMACY COMMUNICATION” with phone number and/or email to associate with your vaccine record request.

3. Wait for a reply to your message before requesting through CAIR site (above). 

**Note – it is taking a few weeks to process requests due to overwhelming numbers and backlog. This is a manual data entry push, so please be patient.
