Management Analyst (NH-0343-02) Published June 5, 2026 About the Role: The Air Force Test Center is looking for a Full-Time Management Analyst (NH-0343-02) to work at the Personnel Directorate (AFTC/DP) at Edwards Air Force Base, CA. The primary purpose of this Management Analyst position is to provide comprehensive administrative and management advisory services that drive organizational efficiency and support the Personnel Directorate's daily operations. Acting as a central focal point, the incumbent is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating a diverse portfolio of critical administrative programs, including personnel recognition, training coordination, budget tracking, and travel management. By gathering and analyzing operational data, the analyst identifies areas for improvement, optimizes internal workflows, and resolves administrative challenges while ensuring strict compliance with Department of Defense and Air Force regulations. Ultimately, this role facilitates the seamless flow of information and resources, enabling senior leadership to make informed decisions and ensuring the organization successfully meets its mission objectives. Major Duties: Plans and manages administrative programs including awards, training, and government travel/purchase cards.
