Management/Program Manager (NH-0343-02) Published March 24, 2026 About the Role: The Air Force Test Center is looking for a Full-Time Test Management/Program Manager (NH-0343-02) to work at at the 412th Test Wing, Test Management Division (412 TW/TMG) at Edwards AFB, CA. In this position you will serve as a Test Management Division Program Analyst responsible for providing oversight for administrative management support to the organization in one or more vital areas such as task management, documents and reports preparations, time and attendance, electronic records management (ERM) duties, and/or other related administrative activities. Announcement Length/Closes: 7 days Location: Edwards Air Force Base, CA Typical 2026 salary range: $47,490 - $113,185 per year (includes Locality) Travel Requirements: <25% Areas of Consideration (AOC): Installation - wide (Edwards Air Force Base) Desired Skills: - 2 years of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) - 2 years of electronic records management (ERM) experience - 2 years of government purchase card (GPC) and/or Defense Travel System (DTS) experience Major Duties: - Functions as the lead for all administrative processes. - Ensures that processes are in accordance with current Air Force, Test Wing policies. - Interprets complex administrative policies and regulations. - Point of contact for resolving non-routine administrative problems. - Analyzes and refines existing work methods and techniques.
