Production Controller Published Sept. 9, 2025 Air Force Test Center About the Role: The Air Force Test Center is looking for a Full-Time Supervisor, Production Controller (NJ-1152-04) to work at the 412th Maintenance Group Maintenance Operations (412 MXG/MXO) at Edwards Air Force Base, CA. To serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, direction, organization, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the Real-Time Maintenance Operations Center element. This position is responsible for supervising very complex procedures and products including the real-time planning, coordinating, and scheduling of aircraft and resources in support of ground or flight test, aircraft modification, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and technical support from contractors, tenants, and/or other government agencies. Provides a responsible and continuing focal point for all Maintenance Group activities required for the accomplishment of all 412TW test missions. As supervisor, manages workload requirements and executes/recommends personnel management actions to include annual appraisals and provides direction and supervision to subordinate personnel. Demonstrate advanced knowledge of the following: maintenance operations software (EMOC), scheduling software (CSE), applicable business rules, scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance requirements, and flight line aircraft maintenance activities. In-depth knowledge and skill associated with the application of Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS) and the IMDS for Mobility (GO81) information systems. Develop and sustain cooperative work relationships; possess extensive knowledge and practical experience working with military, government, and civilian contracting agencies through all grade levels within AFMC.
