About the Role:
The Air Force Test Center is looking for a Full-Time Structures Supervisor (Sheet Metal Section) (WS-3801-11) to work at the 412th Test Wing, 412th Maintenance Group, 412th Maintenance Squadron, Fabrication Flight (MXMF/MXMFS) at Edwards Air Force Base, CA.
In this position you will serve as the structure’s supervisor in the sheet metal section of fabrication flight. Responsible for the day-to-day personnel and production work within the section.

Typical 2025 salary range: $118,667 - $138,431 per year (Includes locality)
Travel Requirements: Up to 25% travel possible

Major Duties:
- Serves as a Structures Supervisor over the fabrication flight sheet metal section.
- Supervises and manages structures personnel. (WG-05 through WL-11)
- Utilizes safety practices/procedures and ensures personnel follow established safety rules and regulations.
- Ensure work areas are safe and clean.
- Participates in employee and labor management matters with senior HR professionals.
- Performs duties concerning Labor Management Relations, (EMR, EEO).
Qualifications/Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Obtain & maintain Security clearance
- Valid driver’s license.
- This is a designated Drug Testing Position
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical
- Working knowledge of a wide range of principles, processes and techniques of trade concerning structures section. Sheet Metal, composites, and corrosion)
- Ability in managing overall direction and coordination of subordinate work activities and functions.
- Knowledge of a wide range of principles, processes, and techniques of trade(s)
- and/or craft(s) supervised and personnel management policies, practices, and
- procedures, including sexual harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity/

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, sketches, and technical
- specifications.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to plan and organize work assignments to include determining resources
- required to accomplish mission.
