7/18/2012 - EDWARDS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Lt. Col. Trevor Williams addresses members of the 95th Comptroller Squadron after taking command July 11 at Club Muroc. Col. Amy Arwood, former 95th Air Base Wing commander, presided over the ceremony in which Maj. Scott Smith relinquished command of the squadron to Williams. Since the transition of the 95th Air Base Wing to the 412th Test Wing July 13, 2012, the 95th CPTS has now transitioned to the 412th Comptroller Squadron at Edwards Air Force Base, Calif.
