Nonjudicial Punishment

Abusive Sexual Contact, Article 120, UCMJ – Staff Sergeant put another member’s hand on his penis without the victim’s consent. The Staff Sergeant accepted an Article 15 and received punishment of rank reduction to Senior Airman and a reprimand.

Administrative Action

None during this reporting period.

Administrative Discharge

General Discharge, Misconduct – A Staff Sergeant who was reduced in rank to a Senior Airman put another member’s hand on his penis without the victim’s consent. The Senior Airman received an under other than honorable conditions (general) discharge.
