Ramping up

John Cracchiolo (left), Randy Morehead and Senior Airman Marlon Peeler, all structural maintenance craftsmen with the 412th Maintenance Squadron, assemble a ramp designed for C-5 landing gear tests scheduled for August 2006. The maintainers were tasked to build 16 ramps for low-speed taxi tests, and 20 for high-speed testing, and have used more than 200 sheets of aluminum, 300 sheets of plywood, 300 gallons of glue and thousands of fasteners putting the ramps together.
