The Edwards Spouses Club will host three holiday events for the base community beginning Nov. 29.

Their annual Mistletoe Bazaar is Nov. 29-30 at Club Muroc. The event is a one-stop holiday shopping boutique and also serves as a fundraiser for the ESC.

Teaming with the Edwards First Sergeant Council, the ESC is holding its annual cookie drive for service members in the dorms. Homemade, holiday cookies will be packaged and delivered to each of the 300-plus dorm residents. The ESC asks that you contact one of the volunteers before Nov. 30 to let them know if units or volunteers would like to contribute. Homemade cookies can be dropped off at the Oasis Community Center Dec. 4 beginning at 8 a.m. Check out the flyer here.

On Dec. 7, the annual Reindeer Run/Walk 5K will be held at the Exchange parking lot. The run begins at 3:30 p.m. Entry fees are required with all proceeds from the run given directly back to organizations at the on-base schools, according to the ESC. Hot cocoa and cookies will be served after the race.

The spouses club says it aims to provide support to various base organizations and events, as well as scholarships for base-affiliated college-bound students.
