The Financial Services Office serves all government agencies, military, and civilian personnel on base by certifying funding and providing a financial management liaison between Department of Defense organizations, commercial vendors and the Defense Finance and Accounting Service. Customer Service provides support on financial matters, including military, civilian and travel pay. The Customer Support Lobby is open for business from 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Wednesday. The busiest times are usually 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Customer Service can also be contacted via e-mail at customer.service@edwards.af.mil.
