Edwards AFB kicks off AAPI Month

A batch of freshly-cooked lumpia is showcased following a lumpia cooking class as part of Asian American Pacific Islander Month at the Airmen and Family Readiness Center on Edwards Air Force Base, California, May 1. Lumpia is a Filipino dish consisting of pork rolled in a wrapper and then deep fried.
