Congratulations Staff Sgt. Jared Schnell, the 412th Test Wing’s Warrior of the Week.  Schnell is assigned to the 412th Security Forces Squadron as a Combat Arms Instructor.  Sergeant Schnell performed 75 weapon inspections valued at $70,000 ensuring mobility weapons for the Test Wing are ready for rapid deployment.  He repaired Security Forces weapons due to deploy with zero downtime. Additionally, he was instrumental in the out-of-cycle request for 320,000 rounds of munitions valued at $300,000 in support of Operation Inherent Resolve and emerging operations, resulting in more than 300 deployers qualified. As equipment custodian for the 412th SFS, Schnell requisitioned 284 Laser Aiming Devices and ensured proper equipment was installed for deploying UTC’s.
