Radio station shows good heart with Valentine's Day treats

EDWARDS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. --   Dave Phillips, a radio disc jockey with Antelope Valley country music station KTPI, hands out goody bags to spouses and families of deployed servicemembers at the Oasis Community Center Feb. 14. "The High Desert's Best Country" station, 97.7, traveled throughout the Antelope Valley delivering the Valentine's Day gifts to veterans, servicemembers and their families.
