EDWARDS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. --
On July 10, 1968, the high drag loading phase of the McDonnell Douglas F-4E Phantom II Category II Stability and Control evaluation was completed. The loading consisted of 10 M-117 general-purpose retarded bombs and six LAU-3A rocket launchers.
