Air Force announces AFMC senior leader changes

WRIGHT-PATTERSON AFB, Ohio --   Air Force officials announced Thursday several Air Force Materiel Command senior leader retirements and assignments.

Maj. Gen. Curtis M. Bedke, Air Force Research Laboratory commander, will retire effective April 1, 2010. Maj. Gen. Ellen M. Pawlikowski, National Reconnaissance Office deputy director, Chantilly, Va., has been named AFRL commander.

David C. Bond, AFMC Engineering and Technical Management director and a member of the Senior Executive Service, will retire effective Jan. 2, 2010. His replacement has not yet been announced.

Brig. Gen. Dwyer L. Dennis, Special Assistant to the AFMC Commander, has been selected as the AFMC Intelligence and Requirements director.
