10/9/2012 - EDWARDS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- A demolition team member with Midwest Environmental Control, Inc., begins to demolish one of 19 housing units that will be removed from the old housing area on Bailey Avenue. Demolition on the housing units began Sep. 10, 2012 and is projected to finish at the end of December 2012. Base residents and dependents are reminded to stay clear of the demolition area.

10/11/2012 12:09:36 AM ET This is an end to an old era The last of the old housing units is meeting it's demise. My old supervisor's house is now gone. However the 'New' housingseems fitting in replacement. The Housing Area never looked as good
