Why did you join the Air Force? I come from a military family and was raised to appreciate the benefits of serving in the Armed Forces. Serving is my way of paying it forward and doing my part in making sure tomorrow's generation enjoys the freedoms I had when I was growing up.
What do you like most about your job? I enjoy all aspects of my career field, especially deployments and the law enforcement aspect.
What is your favorite thing to do around the area? Spend time off with my family and ride my dirt bike.
Warrior Highlights: "Staff Sgt. Coles is a selfless NCO. He has effectively managed two challenging jobs, supply and UDM. Neither of these programs faltered under his supervision. Last week, he personally transported three teams from deployments, accounting for all their equipment and weapons. He has continuously pushed himself to excel at his job and has thoroughly impressed his supervisors with his selfless dedication to the mission. Coles was coined by the 95th Air Base Wing commander for his superb all terrain vehicle instruction and for wing leadership. Furthermore, he masterfully managed the deployment program for the most deployed squadron on base. His tireless efforts in executing this program have allowed the unit to fulfill all deployment obligations supporting six areas of responsibility. Additionally, his flexibility ensured that any last-minute changes to deployments schedules were met in a timely and efficient manner."
- 2nd Lt. Christopher J. McNamee, 95th SFS Logistics officer
