The Air Force is looking for track and field athletes to attend a training camp June 19-20, 2017, with the potential to compete at the Air Command Track and Field Championships June 21-23 at Ramstein Air Base, Germany.

“The AIRCOM Inter-Nation Sports Program continues a proud tradition of spirited competition that was established by the Second Allied Tactical Air Force over 30 years ago,” said Lt. Col. Darryl Lee, Air Force Services Activity deputy director of operations. “The events that make up this competition reinforce the mutual respect and goodwill that exist between NATO nations and provide an opportunity to demonstrate the nations' commitment to sport and teamwork.”

Since the training camp and championships are headquarters AIRCOM events, U.S. Air Forces in Europe Airmen have priority. However, Airmen stationed outside of the command may be selected to fill the team if slots are available.
